We work with clients in a number of different ways:
- Monthly retainer
- Hourly billing
- Project billing
- Hybrid of hourly and project
- Service package pricing (billed monthly)
One thing we DO NOT do is lock clients into contracts. We have service agreements which spell out the scope of our work and how much we’re going to be paid for our services, but they are not long-term binding contracts.
If you want SEO, no contracts. We’ll show progress every single month.
If you want consulting work, we’ll define the deliverables and invoice you monthly.
If you want to start utilizing HubSpot we’ll scope out what features you want to use, set you up on the platform, and either execute for you or give you guidance on how to do it yourself (though you really should hire us).
If you want a new website we’ll scope the work, build a project plan, deliver an estimate, and bill you monthly for the work we deliver (none of this paying up front or half now/half later shenanigans).
If we’re doing a poor job and don’t address your concerns, fire us (if we don’t fire ourselves first).
We’re working for you and proving ourselves every day, making progress both incrementally and in leaps and bounds and delivering based on performance.
But if you’re not reasonably happy (because sometimes people aren’t happy no matter what you do) then let us know and we’ll listen to your feedback, address our shortcomings, and come out stronger on the other end.
At the end of the day our goal is to come to an agreement with something that is fair for your business and our business (we’re your marketing partner and our business doesn’t do well if you’re not doing well).
