If they are working in their account that means it isn’t yours, which also means that the second things go sideways or you no longer use their services then all the work they you paid for goes with them. Aaron Welch is a Marine Corps Veteran, entrepreneur, and digital strategist dedicated to helping businesses grow through smart marketing. As the Founder and Chief Strategist of Lift Digital Marketing, a Veteran-owned, award-winning agency, he specializes in creating strategies that help businesses stand out, gain recognition, and build trust.

With 25 years of experience in digital marketing and business development, he has worked with startups, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. His expertise spans SEO, paid media, social media, and strategic messaging—turning online visibility into real revenue.

Beyond marketing, Welch is a passionate Veteran advocate, mentor, and community leader. He founded the Chicagoland Veteran Business Owners to support and connect Veteran entrepreneurs, helping them navigate business challenges and opportunities.
